Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We accept refunds and replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

✅ Incorrect or Missing Items – If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

✅ Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, we’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or if you no longer want the item after ordering.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address – If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Delayed Shipping – Shipping delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand. Refunds will only be issued for orders that remain undelivered after 30 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

Exchanges
